How does booking work?

Choose the boat, the date and time, add any extras and enter your details. Online payment covers only the 30% deposit: as soon as it's confirmed you get your booking code right away by email and WhatsApp.

How far in advance can I book? Are last-minute bookings possible?

Accepted Answer

Yes: you can even book for the following day, up to 11pm the day before. After that time, the next day's date is no longer selectable in the calendar.

How do the deposit and balance work?

The 30% deposit is paid online by card at the time of booking, via Stripe. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the date, with instructions sent to you on WhatsApp. The final balance and fuel are paid on the day of the excursion.

What's included in the price?

An experienced skipper on board, water and soft drinks, a souvenir gadget, Stand Up Paddle and snorkelling gear, a sun awning, a swim ladder, a stereo system, shower, WC and towels.

What's not included? Are there extra costs?

Fuel for itineraries other than the standard one, stops at ports other than the departure one, and extra food/drinks such as premium bottles (Champagne, Franciacorta) that you can add when booking.

Where do we depart from?

The La Maddalena Archipelago is surrounded by many landing points: choose the most convenient departure point for you among those available in the booking wizard, for example Porto Cervo, Poltu Quatu or Palau - Porto Rafael.

How long does the excursion last?

The full-day excursion lasts about 8 hours. Alternatively, you can choose the sunset outing, shorter, with the option to add an onboard aperitif package.

Can I bring children on board?

Of course, the excursion is family-friendly and there is no fixed age limit. Children under 12, however, must wear the life jacket provided on board for the whole outing, available in all sizes.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, but only small dogs (up to 10 kg) and with our prior written authorisation: write to us before booking so we can arrange everything together.

What happens in case of bad weather?

The decision always rests with the Captain, based on the day's sea and weather conditions. If safety is at risk we offer an alternative date or, if that's not possible, a voucher of equal value. If conditions are declared suitable, the outing goes ahead as planned.

Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?

Deposits already paid (the initial 30% and any 50% of the remaining balance) are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

What should I bring with me?

Swimsuit, beach towel, sunscreen and a change of clothes. We take care of the rest — snorkelling gear, SUP, water and shade.
